My name is Olga and I am a certified yoga teacher passionate about using yoga as a tool for healing and transformation. My own journey through menopause — and witnessing friends recover from cancer — inspired me to train in Yoga for Menopause and Yoga for Cancer. I know how yoga therapy can offer comfort, strength and balance when it’s needed most. It can provide a powerful support for the body and mind, helping us reconnect, release tension, and rediscover inner peace.
I am passionate about supporting people during powerful life transitions. At Olga’s Wellness Yoga, you are invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover balance. I offer gentle, evidence-informed yoga therapy designed to support people during and after cancer treatment.
These sessions focus on restorative movement, guided breathing, and relaxation techniques that can help ease common side-effects such as fatigue, tension, anxiety, and sleep difficulties.
Yoga for cancer support is not about pushing the body, but about listening to it — creating a safe space to move with care, find moments of calm, and rebuild confidence in your own strength.
Each practice is tailored to meet you exactly where you are, whether you are in active treatment, in recovery, or seeking long-term wellbeing.
Restorative and Gentle Yoga Therapy
Find deep rest, healing, and renewal in this calming class designed to nurture both body and mind. Blending the principles of yoga therapy with restorative and gentle movement, each session supports your unique needs through mindful sequencing, breath awareness, and therapeutic postures.
With the use of props, soothing music, and guided relaxation, this class helps release tension, improve mobility, and restore balance to the nervous system. It’s ideal for those recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply seeking a slower, more mindful approach to yoga.
